Goose, sounds like this is what we have chatted a lot about . . . . Team Play. Players and Coaches.

Goose, Believe the coaching staff has a good feel for these guys. Heard nothing but how hard they have worked. Proud of them. Seems to be a really good chemistry with this team. Hoping that means very good things. Have stated many times that the experience of our D scares me a little. Like our talent, but I do worry about what is going to be going through an 18 year olds head. Playing in front of 3,000 is a lot different than 80,000+

I want to see this team get better each week. Lot of expectations, and those are good. Means you have talent and coaching. Have always said, play hard, physical, smart and with a lot of passion, and I can handle whatever happens. By smart, don't get beat before the ball is snapped or after the whistle blows.
