FACT . . . . you all know I am by far not the kool-aide drinker by past posts
Going to veer just a little from Clemson. After watching the Carolina's game last night had this thought.
There has been talk about SS being glad that his first game was on Thursday night, giving him two extra days to prepare for Georgia. My way of thinking, works both ways. Feel sure that our entire team of players and coaches watched the game, should give both an insight as to what is needed at each position. Watching folks you will go helmet to helmet with, live, not in the film room at this point. I say advantage Georgia. My opinion.

I didn't think the chickens played all that well last night. NC gave them all they wanted IMO. Clowney looked sluggush and the O looked confused a lot of times. Just throwing my 2 cents worth on it.

I agree, gillette. Clowney showed last night, sick or not, that he can be blocked. He'll make some big plays, no doubt, but he ALONE will not win a game. That big hit against Michigan was one big hit. One.

Inside the tackles the 0 line looked pretty good blocked well. Outside the tackles on the edge they did not do so well.

Ya ever notice what happens when the talking heads get a hold of a player or a team? Here are just a few recent examples, Jeremy Lin, USC-12', Yaseil Puig and last but not least Clowney. Again I'm glad the media doesn't see what we all see going on at UGA! I believe it's keeping our fellows hungry to prove themselves! Just imagine if our O was at any other college in the Nation. That team with our O would be pegged the "Best" team ever in college football, just saying...
As far as SC goes, I was NOT impressed at all. NC had a few chances to keep it really close but couldn't convert. It wasn't like SC was dominating and forcing their will on NC! I've said it before and I will say it again, I'm not worried about a single team that we have on our schedule this season! We have an elite O and I don't see a D out their stoping us, just too many lethal weapons! Our D is questionable because of the unknown but guess what, kids come and go every season in college football! Nowadays you have freshmens and sophomores being superstars after game one. Our D will be fine, we just reloaded!!!
