Problem logging in

I use Firefox as my browser, and when I try and log in I get a 404 error telling me a header is too big.

So I jump on IEXPLORER, but I don't have my password saved there so I had to enter it manually. I had forgotten it (it's saved on my Iphone as well, so that's how I'm in now), so I click the link for "forgot your password". Instead of getting the usual sort of lost password link that sends you an e-mail that either gives you a link to reset your password, or gives you one automatically... all I get is the new user registration form to set up a brand new user name.

So here I sit, only able to access the site on anything but my mobile phone.

Any help would be appreciated

So i finally found a page (when i tried to enter dawgpound) that actually indicated that the site would send me a link to reset my password.

Got the e-mail... clicked the link, and no luck... instead of it taking me somewhere I could reset the password; that too took me to the page to register as a new user.

It sounds like your cookies are off and your browser is out of date.

I finally duplicated problem with being sent to registration page from the reset password email.

It will be fixed within about 24 hours. Until then if you need a password reset email editor at dawgs dot com.

Cookies not off and Firefox is up to date.

Matter of fact... I think an update of that just occurred. I'll probably try rolling back the last update of that and see what happens. That's
an issue I'm not worried about. It was just the problem that led to finding out the reset password link wasn't working.

I'll try it again later.
