Georgia vs Clemson - Prediction

I say Gurshall runs for 285 yds and 3 TD and Murray pases for 2 more I say we win 35 to 21 and or secondary will be up to the task of stoping Boyd and company.

I had Clemson losing to the Bulldogs in the original piece by a close margin.

I still felt this will be a close game, and there will be a lot of points scored by both offenses, but now that there has been time to think about it, this is a game that does not bode well for Georgia.

After a successful 2012 season for the Tigers, the expectations in Death Valley are high and they need to start their season on the right foot with a win against the Bulldogs.

Aaron Murray will keep the Bulldogs in the game, but the new-look defense will have a breakdown late in the game which will prove to be the difference.

PREDICTION: Clemson 35, Georgia 28

Concerned early about our D but they can't stop us either. I say we win in a shootout.....we just have too many weapons.

Not like Clemson is starting the year with all proven vets. Lost a lot of folks. Only advantage that I see for the Tigers is home field. Normally when two good teams get together, home field is usually worth around 3 points.

Might be going out on a limb here . . . . think that our D is going to be full of surprises. Grantham knows that later on in the year we will play Auburn, a fast paced Malzahn team. Depth on our defense and using the "Star" will cause others problems. My opinion, Georgia will play defense this year that will be foreign to a lot of us. Grantham's D, no excuses, talent is there.

Definitely do not see Clemson stopping our running attack. We run and score, it is Katie Bar The Door!

Been browsing quite a few Clemson boards this morning. Amazes me how they want to compare last years LSU offense to ours. LSU was no where close to what we have on the field. Lots of tigers are calling a score for them to win 45 to 28. All I have to say is they better get pressure on Murray, he will tear up their corners with time. And gurshall will be running through/around people all game long. Just typing about this game makes me eager for the season to start. My prediction- shoot out, but our younger d will get a few key stops for us to win by 10.

The Defensive side of the ball is almost always ahead of the Offensive side of the ball early in the Spring and also in the Fall.

I look for our D to be fast and hitting hard and to be way ahead of Clemsuns offense. Our offense will be behind also but Clemsuns D is no where near what ours is. Not going to pick a score but it will not be close and far from a shootout. Dawgs by 20 easy.

I don't know what the end of the score will be but as long as the Dawgs have more points then Clemson at the end of the game I'll be good with that!

Now about the players as long as no one is out for this game from a injuries or suspended for some reason I'll be good with that!

Now about the season it's time for the Dawgs to go get that crystal ball!
