There was a change. I was hard on Bobo, and I'm not going to deny it. Honestly, I still think complaining about him in prior seasons had some validity. We put up nice stats, but it seemed we could never get the points when we needed them, or we 3 and outed too many times, or at the worst of times.

This year though it seemed some sort of light went on. If that means we now lose him, well
that's the breaks. I'll take losing my assistants because they are wanted by others over
not having our assistants wanted by anyone... every single time.

It's part of the price of success... you're going to lose coaches.

Here's a question if Bobo does get the job at SM, does Aaron Murray stay at UGA next year or does he go to the NFL?

I know we not know if he's going to go or not if Bobo stays. But if Bobo does get the job and AM leaves what does that do to the "O" for next year? Only time will tell???

Bobo leaving has little to do with where Bobo would be drafted if he left after this season, and I don't think him being ranked as the 6th or 7th QB on the board is high enough to
leave. If he was a first rounder... he would probably leave if Bobo left or regardless, but
I've seen him projected as a 3rd round type pick, and the guaranteed money there just isn't
worth it.

Sure it's entirely possible he could be terrible next year and his status drop further, but
I doubt any QB thinks that way. Plus it's not like UGA would go out and get somebody coming
in that was going to install a new system or anything overly detrimental to his ability to
rise in the draft.

Agreed... in my opinion his decision will probably be based on where his advisers think he would be drafted, or other personal factors.
