SEC Drug Policies

southernlover, thanks for the article. I have read and had conversations about Urban Meyer on this board concerning the issues in this article. Living in Florida and having rubbed shoulders with some of the folks close to the football program.

Every thing that was reported in the article that you posted is the "absolute truth". Bull Gators knew that the program was just before crashing and falling into depths never before witnessed at UF. The "Bull Gators" are not to be messed with when it comes to football.

The one thing that Urban Meyer is really good at is this . . . . he knows how to insulate himself in the ranks so as to protect "himself". This is not a scumbag that you would want to be in a foxhole with. First person to die is . . . . you.

Again back to the article you posted, the Athletic Director knew that Urban Meyer had to leave, health issues were total BS. Jeremy Foley had lost favor with the UF faithful when he did not re-hire Steve Spurrier. Brings in Meyer and from day one the problems started to escalate. Did not help Jeremy's cause when Spurrier kicked UF's butt in the Swamp.

We must remember this . . . McGarity was Jeremy Foley's right hand man. Another reason to understand why McGarity left Florida, he was aware of the corruption that was being allowed for far too long in Gainesville. From the folks that I talk with, McGarity wanted to sign on with UGA as badly as UGA wanted McGarity.

I could get really long and relate some of the stories that I know are true. At this point however it serves no purpose as the scumbag that is Urban Meyer has departed the SEC and now the big whatever will end up playing second fiddle to Ohio State. Last thing, Urban Meyer's coverups make Dick Nixon's "Watergate" look like child play. Too bad that these young 18 and up players don't get to see the dirt box that Urban Meyer plays in.

Thanks again for the article southernlover, makes me appreciate the fact that UGA does have principles. Will say this . . . . when I am among those that are Gators, like to tell them that they had to have an ex-UGA football player come in and clean up their mess. You can imagine the looks and words that follow. As much as they hate the Dawgs, does not come close to their hatred for Urban "Liar" Meyer. Thanks to Ohio State for removing this POS from the SEC.

No, I knew it wasn't a correction and Spikes probably did do it to several of our players (and other teams as well). He was/is a dirty player.

Thanks for getting it right for me. :)
