Good Morning All,
The first three games were like finger food on a buffet.

Now it is time for us to move down to the meat and potato section of our schedule.

Without question we will be ready and jacked for Vandy. I don’t see us holding anything back in this game.

Run and run did I say run? Yes run and while you are at it run some more. Get our backs and “O” line in a heavy sweat. Put Vandy on their butts for three quarters and then let CL and gang get more experience.

With the passing of time more and more information is coming out about how CMR to came speak to CTG about coming to Georgia.

Looking back at those coaches we missed out on and how we felt that we would have to deal with the second coming of CWM.

It seems that CMR had a plan in place from the start on where he wanted to take the defense and the type person needed to get the job done.

A side benefit he also got a personality that rebooted his coaching fire. That and a new AD has CMR refocused back on our football program. A very good thing!

With CTG NFL background it seems to me that the Buffalo and FAU games in his mind were preseason NFL games.

Meaning you look to evaluate players and try using personnel at different positions during the course of the game.

The major difference being while doing all this tinkering you best damn win the game unlike the pro game who give a flip about preseason win loss records.

True in our case this year we also had to deal with first string players missing games due to suspensions.

More of the “Next Guy Up” training

CTG made it clear this week that the first half lack of effort needs to come to a haul starting this Saturday.

No question we need to get it done starting from the game’s first play.

Play smart football, no turnovers or stupid penalties.

Get the crowd into the game early; keep the energy high all four quarters.

Just win baby- again

Our team, Our time – No Regrets- make these words stand up

You run into someone in uniform this week: thank them for their service

Pause and give thanks

Have a great weekend and a safe week

And as always “Go Dawgs”

Go Dawgs!

Thank you as always yd1......you are correct, now that we got past Mizzou, the season is starting tomorrow. Believe there will be no "experimenting" going on with CTG anymore unless we are up by 30 late in the games.

Focus time for the Dawgs, to fine tune, play smart ball, with passion and realize they have a potential HUGE opportunity in front of them......they just have to WANT IT.

Have a great weekend yd1 and appreciate your special post on Friday's!! Cool one for you this weekend.

yankeedawg1, looking at this team from top to bottom, that also includes the coaches, we really don't have a lot of room for excuses. Pundits say we are somewhere between 4 and 7 nationally ranked. Not going to get too involved in the ratings game, will say that this team healthly and with a good game plan, would not want to face UGA. There are some teams down the road that are going to put up road blocks, but those teams are not any better or as good from top to bottom as we are.

There is going to be an edge on our team that I don't think we have seen so far this season. I do believe we played Missouri and respected their game and the situation that we were facing. We heard so much about Franklin at quarterback, was cause for concern. Offensively Franklin did not stand a chance from the opening snap, credentials don't play football games. Have heard some squealing from outsiders saying that we were not all that in Columbia. I am pretty sure that I saw the beginnings of what is in store for Vanderbilt tomorrow between the Hedges, and it is a far cry from what we witnessed in Nashville last season.

Richt and Grantham have skillfully dodged the hype that some of the media folks were hoping for. Another sign of growth on this coaching staff. Here is hoping that some of the bumps and bruises we have had along the offensive line have healed or are close to being 100%. Think that this offensive line group is going to put some smiles on our faces before the game is over. Really good feeling about Will Friend and his teaching methods. He appears to be on board with the "next man up" theory that has caught fire on the defensive side.

All over except the shouting yankeedawg1. Thanks for the special. High fives again to "Georgia".

One more thing . . . Spent a couple of days at my VA this week . . . got to see and talk with some brave folks that love this country, and should not say this, but . . . . . to hell with Egypt, Syria, Libya and the rest of those that would do us harm and kill our Ambassador and Navy Seals. Not liking what I am seeing from many bleeding heart liberals at this point. These are the types that need to spend a day or ONE HOUR at any Veterans Administration facility, then take their safe, secure asses back to their their recording studios and say the things that really degrade these young and old folks. I am not sorry for saying this, those folks make me want to puke.

Go Dawgs . . . . coach'em up . . . :)

Buc,

Pass the puke bucket it fries my skin to think we borrow money from China and give to these sand fleas so the then can kill our military and private citizens.

Add to that the destruction of American property and our answer is thank you may I have another.

Talk about the tail wagging the dog.

Sorry Steve back to football. I didn’t want to leave the Buc out there by himself when we know damn well what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it.

We add another brick in the wall making Sanford CTG’s House of Pain.

Wlayton have a cool one for you sitting on ice.

Georgia is awaiting her touchdown treats we be good.

Thinking it might be time for a Bloody Mary Sunday Brunch
