OSD if you missed the 2nd half, you missed the best half.
Thought we would play tight. Glad D kept us in the game. Adjustments made in 2nd half really saved us. Now let's talk about the good, bad & ugly.
Good: D line & LBs kept running attack and QB in check most of night. I would say kicking game good except of PATs. Made two long FG, maybe take a penalty to back PAT up.
Bad: Offense as a whole. Showed what they are capable of, however the running game sputtered most of the night, receivers missed too many passes (but TE did catch 1 pass), and O line continued to struggle giving up sacs and too many penalties. AM got on track late in game, TG is stud. KM still ineffective.
Ugly: DBs torched for big gains. Looked confused most of the time and never stopped Missou except with JJ's interception and few overthrows. Turnovers in 1st half were troubling.
This might seem harsh, but we were luck to win. Couple of plays go the other way and we lose. Happy with outcome and saw vast improvement over 1st game. We have to do better job, as already mentioned, and play full 4 qtrs to get to ATL.
Again, glad we won and now we get a few suspended guys back get better.
