Not sure how many of you have seen anything other than the highlight clips of early commitment AJ Green of the Summerville Greenwave but we have a chance to see him a year early on August 24th. The game is supposed to be on ESPN.
Here's the story from the Charleston News and Courier.

One of South Carolina's most storied high school football rivalries will take a year off this season. The Summerville Green Wave and the Berkeley Stags will not play for the first time since the 1950s.
The reason?
Summerville and Berkeley were scheduled to meet Aug. 24 at Gerald Moody Field, and while that showdown will not go down, local football fans won't be disappointed.
As part of a football doubleheader on Aug. 25, Summerville will play Miami's Booker T. Washington High at noon, while the Stags will play Jacksonville's First Coast at 3:30 p.m. The games might end up being televised by ESPN.
Booker T. Washington just missed reaching the Florida Class AAAA state championship last fall, losing a one-point decision to eventual state champ Armwood High.
Two Miami Herald All-Dade selections return for the Tornadoes: wide receiver Thearon Collier and defensive back Brandon Harris. Also returning is quarterback Alwar Lee, who is a threat as runner and passer.
The Tornadoes are considered to be a state title contender as is the Green Wave, which was 12-0 before being stunned by Dutch Fork in last fall's playoffs. Summerville is led by Georgia-bound A.J. Green, a wide receiver who is a consensus top 5 player in the country. Also back is standout quarterback Reid McCollum, who has committed to play for the South Carolina Gamecocks.
The Berkeley vs. First Coast game will also have star power.
The Stags feature running back Andre Ellington, who is coming off a 1,600-yard rushing season. He has committed to Clemson. First Coast went 9-2 last year, losing its first and last games of the season.
