I'm 6', 225. I hold a black belt in TKD, and now a green in judo and jujitsu along with a white belt one stripe in bjj. I'm a handful. For my age, I'm jacked.
My assistant's father is 72 years old and throws up 275 in the bench press with no problems. This old man looks like he's 50 but was chiseled from granite and I truly believe that I'd not want to cross him without carrying something above the .40 caliber range or, at a minimum, a very large stick.
That said, I think Missouri will understand this anecdote on an intimate level come Saturday.
