I'm not sure how anybody could pick UF to win the east this year. There is not a lot of confidence in the Gator Nation right now with a lot of fans I've talked to expecting to go to A&M and loose game 2. Certainly anything can happen and I am sure they have plenty of talent, I just wasn't inspired by the QB play of Brisett or Driskell last year and now their running game has lost Demps and Rainey. Breaks my heart.....

That Florida pick HAD to be the result of thinking that good programs don't usually stay down long, and nothing more. southernlover is right - there's not any reason to think they'll do much better after losing the talent they had last year. I agree that A&M could VERY WELL hand them a loss, and I hope that happens. But even if it doesn't, I still don't see Florida making it past us, the 'Cocks AND LSU with less than two losses. I could see them going 7-5 easily.

College football can be weird though - you never know.
