Should give Gurley the #1 and change IC to # 1/2...

Know that most Dawg fans are down on IC & I certainly don't blame them BUT, I did hear an interview with Orson Charles on ATL radio earlier this week & OC spoke pretty highly of IC (they were roommates apparently). OC basically stated that IC is a highly competitive person, that his ankle was badly hurt, & to remind everybody that he is only a freshman, FWIW.

Anyways, I think all of the additions to the backfield stable can only help IC's desire & toughness. IF the young man can mature & quit making on-field & off-field mistakes, I think his future in Athens is mighty bright. Sure, I hope Gurley & Marshall prove to be studs but I have yet to see them on the field w/my own two eyes. I have seen Crowell play plenty & his vision & agility are as good as I've seen in the CMR era other than Knowshon's.

Personally, I'm really hoping IC earns the #1 jersey this Spring/Summer.

Well said Goose. I'm hoping that Marshall and Gurley are all that but want to see IC have a monster Sophmore season!

Gurley played with a hurt ankle Crowell sat own the bench I would like to see him get some heart but your born with it and he will never get it's all about him not the team Gurley want be taking himself out of the game seen enough in alstar game and highlights plays the whole game.

The fact remains though that a High School Allstar game is a Universe away from playing in the SEC with the expectations to be met and the pressure to perform to a high standard. I have been on IC's case pretty hard also,but, would like to see if he makes the adjustment and proves me wrong. GO DAWGS!!!!!!!
