I hated to start another thread, but feel others may have something to share that they have heard. I was washing my wife car early this afternoon, when my neighbor came over. He is a USC fan, and said that we will be sorry we won and if we beat KY and play LSU, we will get embarrsed. He said that USC would play LSU better than UGA. I said how is that, he said that USC defense is alot better than UGA, and SS wins close games. I tried to inform this guy that we have a great D as well as an high powered offence, and if we played USC again tomorrow, we destroy USC even with Garcia and Lattimore. Tried to explain to this clown, that Auburn beat USC in Columbia with Garcia and Lattimore. We beat Auburn 45 to 7. He left laughing, saying that well at least we beat ya'll and we will make it 3 in a row in Columbia.

This is the main reason I hate USC, there fans are the most cockiest people I have ever seen. They think they are a great football power and are one of the best teams is the nation. I mean the whole school have on 2 national titles in all sports, we have 38 or more, they have 1 east title, 13 east titles and 12 SEC titles. We have been to more bowl games in the last 15 years than they have been to in the history of their school. I will never understand a gamecock fan, they live in some dream world

Some of the most delusional fans in college football. I could list several instances of rude, cocky, moronic Gamecock fans, but really, what's the point. Just remind them that we'll be playing on Dec 3rd and they can live in the delusional fantasy that if they had Lattimore or Garcia they'd be good.

What UGA has done since the first two games is grow. Both offense and defense. Looking forward to seeing the chickens in Columbia next season duck.

Couple more recruits this season and it won't make the same splash as the "Dream Team" it will however fill some very valuable space as Richt and company learn how to recruit. That is not a shot, that is a fact. Grantham knows what he wants and needs to continue, hoping the offensive side does also.

Our offensive line at this point is amazing the heck out of me. Did not picture them moving this far forward this fast. Think we have a winner in Friend. Richt thinks so too. Gates is an animal.

I to think we beat the H out of them in Columbia assuming we stay on the same path we are on now, as you said Buc continue in the weight room and off season conditioning. I want so much to believe that we now have the right type players on board that want to be a team, and find a way to win. It seems thst way now, and I just hope going forward and into next season they continue to grow as a team.

My son works over in carolina, and is around Gamecock and Clemson fans, they are always talking smack, but he tells them like it is, look at the over all record, you are just a patsy to UGA, and its just a matter of time before we bring you back down to earth.

Gamecock fans always have that chip on their shoulder because they are usually a mid level conference team. They feel the national media does not give them any respect. It's hard to when your program has been mired in mediocrity for years.

Anyway I regress. They did not BEAT us this year. They won because our offense and special teams gave them at least 24 points.

I hope we will win SECCG, but at the end of the day we will be champs of the SEC East division and they won't. And we will get a better bowl game than them. Sounds like a bunch of sour grapes on their part because they couldn't close the deal.

S. Carolina people are just happy to be relevant. I ignore them.
