What if ?

I know it's a little early to be talking bowl games. But the bowl game is my favorite game of the year why I don't know just is.

But what happens when we win out and beat LSU or Ark? being Ark does still have a small chance of making it. Would'nt that screw everything up for a SEC team to play for a NC as well.

But in all honestly I see us not getting by LSU (even though I feel our D might be able to pull it out for us) I see us in Capital One bowl or Outback bowl again. Even though I still think the loser of the SEC game should still be in the Sugar bowl.

But whats everyone else opinion for UGA in the bowl game.

Even if we win out through the SEC Championship, with two losses there's almost no feasible way for us to play for the NC. That being said, haven't really thought about the logistics of it (which bowl, final records,etc.) but I would LOVE to get a rematch with Boise in a bowl...I think it'd be a completely different game.

I'd love to go to New Orleans and play Boise again in the Sugar bowl.

I agree with Mike Honcho, a rematch with Boise would be completely different. I think we would finally put KM on his back side, and I think our O line would provide a little better protection for AM. I'm not saying we would definitely win, considering all the 5th year seniors on their team, but I think we would look a lot less unorganized, and the D would do MUCH MUCH better. Next year Boise State will suck - they are going to lose a LOT of talent. I would respect them a lot more if they played teams like, heck, even UGA, week in and week out. Apparently so would everyone else, including the BCS itself.

However, from what I'm seeing, we will most likely wind up SEC #3, which puts us in the Outback Bowl against the Big 10 #3. That's assuming we beat Auburn. Auburn, by the way, assumes they will be US. They are taking this game for granted. In their minds, they have already won.

What will probably happen is...
1. If LSU wins SEC they play for NC and loser of SECCG goes to Sugar Bowl.
2. If LSU loses, a 1 loss SEC team may still get a shot at NC and #2 SEC will still go to Sugar. If LSU has no shot at NC they go to Sugar.
3. If we play Arky in SECCG, winner goes to Sugar. Loser should go to Cap One, but LSU might get to go and loser of SECCG falls to another bowl. LSU might get Cotton bid again being so close, but Cotton wants to sell hotel rooms.

Of course this is just all speculation. Bowls are going to take whoever is available and will sell most tickets and hotel rooms.

I'm only thinking AU.....they scare me a little.
