Today was a nice tune up that we needed to work out the kinks before the Auburn game. I actually think that we're better off than they are going into it. They have the bye week, but this game was, for all intents and purposes, a bye week for us too. Our starters got to stay in their rhythm but also only played one half, and our mischevious running backs didn't play so they'll be fresh for the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry, assuming they can stay out of trouble. I think we've got another classic Georgia-Auburn Dawg fight on our hands next Saturday, but if the Georgia team that's shown up since the second half of the Florida game shows up to play, we'll win it in a close one.

That being said, I actually think we can lose the Auburn game and still win the east. With South Carolina's QB getting a concussion with that massive hit Arkansas put on him, it isn't a foregone conclusion at all that they will beat Florida. This is one of the rare occassions on which I will pull for the Gaytors.

Also glad LSU pulled it out tonight. Believe we have a much better shot at pulling the upset in the dome against LSU than we do against Bama.

Wouldn't that be interesting? Say LSU goes to Atlanta undefeated and UGA pulls off the upset. Then Georgia goes to the Sugar Bowl, but who is the SEC's second team in the BCS if LSU and Bama both have only one loss? Man oh man I would love to send one of those two to the Capital One Bowl. Let's go cause some controversey Dawgs!

well.......it is like this.....if we lose to Auburn then the gaytors control our destiny......that is really a sad state for Georgia football to be in if you ask me.....hoping the gaytors beat Carolina so we can win the East......if we lose to Auburn we do not deserve to go to Atlanta.....

We can not lose to AU because I will never pull for UF! We will seize control of our own destiny and will win and face the west champ.

Think about this scenario. Bama has beaten Arky. LSU has beaten Bama. What if Arky beats LSU? I think the highest ranked BCS team gets the nod. Not probable but it could happen.
