nothing to really back it up other than really flimsy circumstantial evidence. Definitely
premature to think it's possibly real.
I don't however think she has to head a medical clinic. Just being a nurse would be beneficial
enough for her to have a big role in the missionary plan if it were true.
It's just an interesting thing to consider for so many people who want to succeed this season
and still find a way to say goodbye to CMR. That's probably the basis for it flying around
as a real rumor.
Could just as easily be she always wanted to be a nurse, but put it on hold in order to
stay home and raise the kids. That happens fairly often.

AGAIN....I agree with you. Some are just shopping and looking for any way to get CMR out of Athens. Maybe Bobo's wife will take up nursing.....that might be a better short term scenario.

Have you considered that maybe 5-6 years from now CMR may retire and Katherine in the meantime may work in the medical field to actually get some experience and THEN move down there? These rumors may have some truth to them but believe they are premature.......they are probably planning their work for the future.
This is more plausible than CMR resigning........I don't see him doing that because he is a man of his word and would finish out his contract, and I would not think mislead any of the "Dream Team" that he would not be there for thier career.....more likely to happen CMR gets a 3-4 year extension on his contract and his wife does volunteer work in the Athens area to get hands on training for future endevours....

Makes even more sense adding in your comment of his committment to the "Dream Team". Good point.

All I can say is good luck.
Nurses are the most overworked, under appreciated professionals on the face of the earth.
