In my mind this is a win on the score board and a loss for the coaches. This 2nd half is as bad a half I have seen in a couple years.

I can not believe the difference in the 1st and 2nd half. We could not do nothing, you could tell IC was either hurting or discussed that the OL was not blocking. We had so many chances for an int and I can't believe the ball hits them in the hands and they drop it. Two times it would have been 6points. We should have won this game by 30 to 40 points, but as usual we find a way to keep the other team in the game. Oh yea, I told you we give MS a TD. The poor D can't win. they pitch a shut out as far as a TD and then AM throws another returned for a TD. I like AM and he is a leader, but he is just to short to throw over the middle with these 6/6 men on the line.

Well I saw a young team overcome mistakes and win afootball game. They are young,but,getting better with every game. So I guess I see things a different way. Maybe it was closer than it could have been,but,it is in the "W" column. Still need work. GO DAWGS!!!!!! SIC EM

It was a lot closer than it SHOULD have been. Yes I love the win but that 2nd half performance is not gonna cut it against a good football team.

Part of this comes from coaching not to lose in the second half and not coaching to win. Third quarter and the offense is trying to kill the clock by waiting until the last second to hike.

A lot of missed tackles in the second half. If State was a better team this game would be a lot closer or we could possibly be trailing. I guarantee TN, FL, Auburn, Tech would be running up and down the field in this 2nd half.

Dangit I guess these guys just can't handle success. Again letting a subpar team hangaround. That is coaching. The players are the ones that are not making the plays but these guys have to know they can't let up. Ever, but especially against SEC. Coaching staff gets conservative and that plays into the opponents favor.

I have to agree that we let up and took our foot off the gas pedal. That has always been the way though.

You must give props to the MSU defensive unit. They finally showed up in the 2nd half and shut down our offense. Goes to show you CMB can not sustain a complete game plan. I'm just sayin'.

I am getting mad and we are still leading by 11.

what I saw was a good Defense win a Football game....the Offense had ONE long drive for a TD in the first half......the other TD's they owe to the D for good field position....CTG and his coaches should be proud of the way the D played.....granted made some mistakes and dropped a few that should have been INTs....overall good game by the D.....the O sucks......nothing good to say about a talent laden Offense that cannot come out and play 4 qtrs of football....
