Boykin Before and After

I came across this piece on the interweb. It had a before and after pic of Boykin in relation to the S&C program. I think the results are pretty astounding.

Yeah and he looked to have decent size before.

Size is great but need endurance and flexibilty training as well (I'm sure it is all incorporated).

All the reports that I read are they're "Training for the 4th quarter". We won't know anything about their endurance until Sept 3rd at around 10 pm. Practice isn't even a good indication of endurance. I was mainly referring to his arm in those pics.

Looks like he's gone from a "boy" to a "man".

LOL Branden Mankin does have a ring to it.

Not just that, but notice the absence of a "gut" in the second picture.
