Justin Anderson out

OSD, even through all this Im keeping a positive outlook. We have a chance in WEEK 1 to show who we are. Dont forget we still have AM at the helm, and more overall talent than we've seen in a while in Athens this year. Tired of hearing about "AJ is gone, we are in trouble" talk. Whats the highest number of wins we had in 1 year w/ AJ on the roster? Not where it should have been. We have several kids that can make huge impacts this year. And, like Bozo or not, we averaged well over 30 pts per game last year. With a better defense and conditioning, last years results could have been very different. I am refusing to get down, because I feel like we have a lot to look forward too. No matter who gets let go, or cant qualify, it's not like we are going to run out of players....and seems to me the ones we have been signing lately arent to shabby according to the "professionals" at Espn...enough ranting for now.

Hey good to stay positive Dawg1277, Im trying too, looking forward to the season. Im more concerned with KD being gone as much as AJ. to me KD always made those acrobactic catches on 3rd down that saved many drives. and as Ive said before I believe we will be as successful as our running game goes far as wins and losses, not pts. but I like your atittude. I guess 90% of what all news is made up of is bad anyway LOL. guess thats what sells. anyway GO DAWGSSSS!!!!

I want to be optomistic too......and have been, until now.

It's great to have a large NUMBER of players but you had better have the right ones at the right positions. Again, I'm mainly speaking of this situation with the OL and RB's......NOT good and incoming freshman OL won't contribute much if at all this year. IC may be great but even HW couldn't run without a good OL.

We'll see......can't just go out and draft some more OL.

got to agree with wlayton on the worried part. We are pretty thin on the offense with the exception of WR and TE.....any type of serious injury to the RB's, OL's or QB season over and UGA gets new HC and OC

Hopefully we can get through the 1st two games with fresh guys and two W's before we have to improvise and start the patchwork process.......plus maybe the younger guys can get some experience......probably not though in these 2 games, we'll need all our best players on the field and can't take chances on "freshman" mistakes.

2 tough games and having to keep our fingers crossed that no one gets injured makes it even tougher

no doubt the young pups are going to be asked to step up and perform early
