From Athens -Ho Hum

Good Morning All,

The buzz this week is the Stadion Classic Golf Tournament at the UGA course. This is part of the Nationwide Tour.

This brings a great amount of exposure to our campus. The weather has been on the cool side but clear and sunny. A large daily turnout has been a blessing to those who sponsor the event.

The Grind of finals has also been taking place all across campus. Student body is ready to get gone for the summer. This means us locals will head back downtown as parking won’t be an effort soon.

After a short break the summer drills will start. AM on offense and Jarivs on the “D” will lead the workouts. Father Joe won’t be far away lending words and actions as needed. This may prove to be the ta boot that will close the deal for us and change the mindset and results of the recent pass seasons.

Sunday is Mothers Day, time to remember the first woman in our lives.

Ho Hum -it was another quite week here in the greatest college town in the country. Athens,GA We will let the noise come from the field this year. Love it big time.

Having a big Crab/Shrimp/Sausage/vegetables low country boil here at the home forty. Always glad to have the kids and others home for Mother's Day.
