I'm taking my son today to see some Winthrop baseball (vs. Creighton) and then in March my whole family's going to see Georgia take on Gardner-Webb. The Gardner-Webb Bulldogs. I guess we'll have to show them who owns that nickname, won't we?

In fact, the only loss a Georgia team has this year to another team named the Bulldogs was in the Volley Dawgs' second meeting with Mississippi State this year, a 1-3 loss in Starkville. Men's Basketball as well as men's and women's Tennis have yet to face Mississippi State.
Let's not forget, also, that the inaugural game in Sanford Stadium was a 15-0 skunking of the Yale Bulldogs. I guess we all know who the real Dawgs in the fight are!
