Sound reasoning

This is from an interview with Kirk Olividatti on ajc.com.

First meeting with Georgia’s inside linebackers: “They’re going to run to the ball, and they’re going to hit something; that’s what I’ve told them. That was the first meeting that we did. I told them, ‘You play if you run to the ball and hit something.’ We’ll take it from there.”

Good to hear. Sounds similar to one or two of our former DC's. (Hint--WM is NOT one I'm referring to!!!)

Think that also speaks to the demeanor of Grantham. This was Grantham's hire in my opinion. The players on defense know what is expected not only from Grantham but his assistants also. Spring is going to be like no other in recent memory. Been introduced to tough dude in S&C, then they are passed along to the D coaches. I like it. So does Erk.
