Very aware of Morgan, folks like Walsh keep the pipeline open. Lots of soccer played in South Florida, young folks like Morgan learn how to kick early. Notice that AM, not Walsh was injured on the soccer field. Lots of soccer players here. Richt had a big hand in this, promise you, his neck of the woods.
Another note, Marshall has great hang time on his punts. Inside the 20 punts, deadly. He will probably fill both spots, kicker/punter.

I hope they have two seperate kicking specialists with a Morgan backing up the punting and/or vice versa, etc.
In this league FG's and field position is just TOO important and dividing your time in each area can produce inconsistencies..........oh.....imo.

Think that we are on the same page. Pointing out the fact that Morgan can do more than one thing. He also will tackle, that kind of kicker/player. Seems to do a lot of football things, another is he hits the books. He is a competitor on the field and the classroom.
Really no different than having backup at any position. To be a true championship contender, need that depth, at every position, kicking/punting included.
FSU wanted this young man real bad. Glad that we got a early commitment, close the book on a class kid from South Florida, heading to Athens.
There will be smiles like this on a lot of faces.
