Chris Little Signs with Dawgs

According to Rivals.com, Chris Little just signed hit LOI with the Bulldogs. He's actually ranked higher than Greenlee. What do you guys think of Little?

Last year Little was all world but since then he's up to 360 lbs and can't move as well. He played some tackle in one of the allstar games and some of the DE's ran right around him. Maybe UGA thinks they can get that weight off him so he can get some mobility back. Believe me, we needed Greenlee much more than Little. Greenlee is going to be another Andre Smith at Alabama, that started as a freshman and dominated.

his weight isnt that high. 340 and he still kept his ranking so i dont think it will be that big of a loss. Greenlee will be good but if he stays at fsu he will be average at best.

I certainly hope you are right. My source says he's balloned up to the 360 area. Still think Greenlee will be a star and the new OL coach from WVU is very good. Do think FSU will be average as a team though.

But we need to remember our new offensive line coach isnt bad either and he is making a name for himself. I am expecting to see a big bifference in UGA's line. Stacey Searels is a great up and coming offensive lines coach.

Totally agree with you on Searels, LSU always had a great OL and expect his great work at UGA. But the main discussion is on Little vs. Greenlee, which Jamie Newberg was also talking about the two today on the radio. He said that Little has tremendous potential but needs to lose a lot of weight and that Greenlee was by far the better athlete (mainly because of the weight problem). Plus the fact that offensive tackles in the SEC BETTER be very athletic to be able to stay with the explosive DE's in this league, simply look at the NC game with UF's DEs against non athletic offensive tackles of OSU....no contest. Believe me though, I am very excited that Little chose the Dawgs !!!
