Re:Watch Drew Announcement 4 Days, 4 Hours ago
Posted earlier that we might not have enough spots open. Could be a little tight, or I could be calculating wrong.
We have 23 commits right now. However, 2 have already enrolled so they will count towards last years class, which leaves us at a total of 21 for the 2011 class. Believe you can sign up to a 25 player max, which leave 4 spots open.
Here is who is still considered a good possibility for UGA:
Jenkins
Crowell
Pagan
Turene
Richardson
The reason I posted this is because I am afraid if they all wanted to commit, would we be able to sign them all? I sure hope so. Before I posted that it would be unrealistic to think that we would get all of them, but now, I believe it could happen with all the results we are seeing on the recruiting trail.
Regardless, it is a very positive start to 2011. Last year, it seemed that recruiting was down which started the year out on the wrong foot. There were a lot of good players in last years class, but it wasn't quite the year we were accustomed too.
Have seen post about JT. Haven't commented because I couldn't say it any better than Sadler or Buc. Great post about JT guys.

AD5, this was in ajc.com--looks like we've still got room--
By rule, Georgia could sign as many as 28 players in this class and admit as many as 27 for fall semester. Two members of the Class of 2011, wide receiver Chris Conley and quarterback Christian LeMay, have already enrolled in school and count toward the 2010 recruiting class.
Guess the point I am trying to make is this. . .we have folks on this board along with UGA coaches that want to play by the rules. Check some of the other blogs out, those cats are crazy, don't care about rules, just sign 'em up, take the consequences later if need be. Something along the lines of what Auburn might be going through . . . . again, soon.
