Was Thomas Davis a "stud' when he came out of HS? No, he chose us over GRAMBLING. David Pollack????? No, he was a 2-3 star FULLBACK. Was Odell Thurman????? NO. We won him over Tenn State I believe, but may be wrong on that,then he went to JUCO.

Now, where are the 2 star players now??? They are mostly 3 1/2 to 4 types.

We get JUST as good of talent now as we did then. For goodness sakes, we had 2 of the top 12 picks in the draft two years ago on the same team WITH AJ Green, and we didn't get it done.

Damn, but I hate to say this. Stever Spurrier was right, wasn't he. He said "we get good talent, they (Georgia) get good talent, but something happens to them in Athens."
