Many are upset with the NCAA other than UGA and not for the same reasons. Agree AJ knew better, that has certainly been discussed.

I point to your first paragraph which you say you suspect the NCAA not liking us. That had nothing to do with AJ and the problems he caused.

Think that the NCAA feels they are losing ground and trying to step out and become a Pelosi type leader. Just my opinion.

I agree with the fact that AJ should have know better than sell the jersey for what he sold it for, but who is this guy an agent for? He has come out and stated that he bought the jersey because he collects them. Many people do that.

Also, I really think AJ will be allowed to play. If the NCAA rules that he is not eligible, imo that would inconsistent with the rulings they have passed out so far. Most of the UNC kids are back except for the Austin kid. All of the USC kids are back after the hotel scandal. One was dimissed because of a violation of team rules. I also believe the Darius kid from bama only had to serve a 2 game suspension after he reimbursed the agent for the trip.

From what I have seen, AJ reimbursed the money, and did not attend any known Agent parties. The guys has even stated that he is not an agent, so imo AJ has had no illegal involvement with an agent.

Last year, Jones and Ingram were not served this severely of a punishment after their fishing trip. Just wouldn't seem consistent or justified to suspend AJ for anymore games.

I am sure the NCAA will make their ruling at 11:59 tomorrow morning.

Good point. I do think they have dropped the ball if the uphold the suspension considering they only suspended the Dasher kid from MTSU for 4 games. I mean the guy took 1500 bucks so that he could gamble. Big difference in selling a jersey, and getting money from a Shark so you can go all in. Pretty sure the gambling is a pretty big NCAA violation.
