Richt had said he wanted to “open up” the offense more for freshman quarterback Aaron Murray. But Bobo sounded unsure.

“I don’t really have the answers on how you’re gonna open it up with him,” Bobo said. “Just allowing him to make more plays, I guess, would be the answer.”

I read that as well. Guess we'll see Saturday who the "coach" of the team is.

OMG. The fact that he will openly go on record sounding like an imbecile scares me more than what we all already knew.

Not sure sadlerdawg, appears to me that the noose is getting tighter. This is where Coach Richt has to step up and maybe show the other side of himself.

Coach Richt spent some time saying the offense would be opened up, and Coach Bobo followed that up by saying he wasn’t sure how they’d do that. Maybe there is disagreement. This late in the week, or anytime, don't need that. Players and coaches need to get together.

What we have here is a "failure to communicate" between the HC and OC.

Seems we also have this problem with our HC and DC as evidenced by the quote CMR had about "learning our personnel better" and rotating the D-Line. CMR said he was surprised we were not rotating on the D Line. Tyson played EVERY down at Nose last week.

IMO, only half the problem was solved by firing Willie. However I don't think CMR will get the oppty to play the Bobo card in the future. He has to get it done with who he has at this point.
