High School Football

Watched some of the high school games on espn this past weekend - the Hoover-Ala/Brynes-SC game was pretty good - they showed the Hoover facilities - did not look like high school - looked like a small college

Carver won 63-0

GabeWright(Carver) DT - UGA#3 on his list - lots of tackles - ran a fumble back 81 yards for a TD
IsaiahCrowell(Carver) RB - UGA #2 on his list - scored 3rd/4th/5th TD's - finished with 136 yards - did not play second half

Valdosta vrs BrooksCo
Valdosta won 35-0

MalcomeMitchell(Vald) - WR - UGA #1 on his list - caught 3 passes for 105 yards and 2 TD’s
JayRome(Vald) - TE - UGA #2 on his list - caught 4 passes for 62 yards

Griffin vrs Spalding
Griffin won 40-0

XzavierDickerson(Griffin) DE - UGA #1 on his list - batted 3 passes - couple of sacks
ChrisMayes(Spalding) DT - Verbal commit to UGA - numerous tackles

Did you see Plant HS and Manatee HS play?

Wilder really had a BAD game......but he looked like a beast. Manatee THUMPED Plant but it was a pre-season game.

Yes - saw most of it - was surprised that manatee handled them so well - noticed that wilder did not do much - guess he's waiting for the real games - his tapes from last year looked pretty awesome

Well then ........was he slacking just because the game didn't count? He certainly looked like he was loafing on D (even though they ran the ball away from him, he still didn't look like he was hustling to me).
