Good Week to be a Dawg

This was a good week for Dawg fans! John Isner won the longest and one of the greatest matches in Wimbledon history, Bubba Watson won his first PGA tour event (The Traveler's), and all-time great Gordon Beckham is on the hottest team in baseball.

I SAID IT'S GREAT...TO BE...A GEORGIA BULLDOG!

...especially when there're only 67 days left till kickoff....

Read this morning where some idiot in some paper (can't remember name of paper) in Florida ranked UGA at # 64 in the country. The guy in our local paper ripped him a good one.

Heard some chatter on the AM radio about that very article today wlayton.

People thought it was that Jeremy Fowler guy from the Orlando Sentinel. Yall might recall, Jeremy Fowler was the same reporter that Urban Cryer went bananas on earlier in Spring practice this year for QUOTING a UF WR as stating that "John Brantley is more of a REAL QB than Tim Tebow" aka Urban's boyfriend.

Anyways, in all actuality, Jeremy Fowler ONLY provided the capsule/summary of the 2010 Georgia Bulldogs strengths & weaknesses. The actual ranking of UGA at 64th was done by some gal named Andrea Adelson (who is probably no more qualified than me or you to rank every FBS football team).

Regardless, I like the slap in the face Andrea just served up...It gives our boys another reason to carry a big ol' chip on their shoulders heading into the Fall!
