The phone guy came to test my dsl line from the house to the first connection point. He called me on the phone to ask which house, got to work, changed my password to work (he could have asked me) then after he left I spent 5 hours putting network back together.

Most time spent going round and round trying to log on when the system would not let me use my old password but failed to complete the password sync up procedure. It finally let me complete the task so I am back to work.

There, now I feel better.
