During the interaction with fans at signing day, Coach Richt answered a question saying that Richard was going to LB, and it was Richards choice as well.

wlayton, remember some talk about RS going to the \"OTHER\" side, guess that I did not see it posted. We both are aware of his speed, big frame and played both sides in high school. Coming off of the edge, or up the middle, holy moley, QB's have to get rid of that football. I am excited wlayton.
