Just confirmed with a coach at Stephenson, Rivals250 defensive tackle Mike Thornton is not making any trips this weekend and is done with his officials. The tentative plan is for him to make his announcement on Signing Day at 9AM at his school, and he will choose between Georgia, Kentucky, and Penn State.

I like Georgia's chances as of right now.

I know that he and Jeff Whitaker are the two big DT’s that UGA is pursuing right now. I personally think that Whitaker is just a touch better, but they’re both solid. UGA would really like to sign at least one of those guys.

Both would be sugar on top!!

Fingers crossed (again) Jeff Whitaker. He is the nose man that we need in the 3/4. Hoping that RG and TG can pull this one off. Would hate to see Auburn get this guy.
