Derek Dooley to Vols?

He doesn't appear nearly the idiot on his interview last night as some make him out to be. Looks to me like he's got a lot on the ball. I hope the only game he loses every year is to the Bulldogs, and the Bulldogs go undefeated. Would'nt that be a hoot.

I just went and read over the Bio on Vince Dooley after receiving your reply Buc. The circumstances were practically a mirror image of what is happening with his son Derek at Tennessee. Bulldog fans were not happy at all with his hiring,but,look who is in the College Hall Of Fame. I was a youngster when this all came down,but, the one thing I learned from Vince Dooley throughout the years was to never take your opponent too lightly, especially when he is down. Thats when they are dangerous. Lets hope his son isn't too much of a chip off the old block.

I actually think he will do a very good job.....comes from good blood. Although it does seem like DD at UT is a little like mixing oil and water. DD seems to have integrity.........
