I don't have much personal knowledge on Travis Jones but I just read an interesting post supporting him as DC. His credentials are solid and he also is a D line coach. This may be the view from a pair of rosey glasses but we may be better off with some new blood in the SEC especially coming from one possessing NFL experience. I am sure KS would have been great but may have been short lived leaving us to search again possibly as soon as next year. If we could get Jones or Grantham I would be ecstatic! I really like the idea of our DC having been a D line coach and DE position coach. Heaven knows our D line needs some fundamentals.
