Kirby Smart to interview for Texas Tech job

It was just announced during the 3rd quarter of the title game that Kirby Smart is going to interview for the head coaching job at Texas Tech.

This is very good news for the Dawgs because it demonstrates that he is open to new opportunities, and there is no way that Texas Tech will hire him over a proven Tommy Tubberville if Tommy's asking price is at all reasonable.

It Looks Like Texas Techs AD waste no time!!

The Dallas paper reported that KS was interviewing for the TT job. However TT’s athletic director said that was false and that they have no plans to contact him. I still think it’s KS or TG. I think we’ll know in the next week and possibly in the next few days

Im hoping for the TCU guy, their defense was intense.
