Mike Leach to Florida...

Just something to think about.

Now that Texas Tech has let CML go, how do you think his offense would fare in the SEC. If Meyer decides not to return, do you think he's a viable candidate for the Florida job?

No.....he's a flake.......he's WAY out there. I certainly wouldn't want him representing my school.

Flake or not his offense is like meyer's. I think with the talent at FL and his offensive mind it would be deadly with a good defense. he's never really had a good D to go with the O. I don't want to find out if it would work or not...

They don't call him the Mad Scientist for nothing. I'd hate to have seen last year's Texas Tech O with Harrel and Crabtreee paired with a middle-of-the-pack SEC defense, that's for sure.

Speaking of which, I just thought of something. Les Miles is probably soon to be out the door. I bet Leach would thrive at LSU. He'd be in the same neck of the woods, and he'd have an excellent defense to go along with whatever he cooks up with in the offensive laboratory. They might be looking to upgrade their program because they know Miles can't be the innovator necessary for them to seriously threaten Alabama in the next couple of seasons.

You mean like Ole Miss's middle-of-the-pack defense? The one that stifled them in the Cotton Bowl?

Don't make me laugh. I can't wait for Mr. Child Abuse to get to Gainesville! If he couldn't even win his division once in ten years in the Big 12, what makes you think he can be competitive in the SEC East?
