If Alabama beats Florida in the SEC championship game and Nebraska beats Texas in the Big 12 championship game, it is entirely possible that Florida could not fall far enough and still be ahead of Cincinatti or TCU in the final BCS standings. So we might see a rematch of the SEC championship game for the national championship.

That would be a nightmare for the BCS, but a positive for the fans, because it would, once again, show what a joke the BCS is and move NCAA football closer to a playoff.
