Guys, I have not heard anything about what is going on. My only fear is that I am afraid of the hit we are going to take recruiting wise. Safety Alec Ogletree from Newnan (Ga.) High School remains committed to Georgia despite the unknown surrounding the future of defensive coordinator Willie Martinez.
Ogletree said he has heard rumors about Martinez leaving after the season. Ogletree said playing for Martinez would be important, but it shouldn’t affect his commitment.
“The head coach is who you play for and I love Coach Richt,” Ogletree told the Atlanta Journal Constitution. “I’m sure if (Martinez) is not there they’ll bring somebody in that’s pretty good.”
