Another nice couple of stats:

Each of the two times in Georgia Tech's history that they've qualified for the ACC title game, we've beaten them. Once in Athens in 2006 and once in Atlanta this year. By way of comparison, the last time we failed to beat Tech in a year in which we won a conference championship was in the Boand/Poling national title year of 1927, when we went 11-1 with a 12-0 loss to Tech in Atlanta.

This is only the FOURTH TIME since World War II that one team has failed to win at least two consecutive games.

great performance. sec put the two \"best\" acc teams back where they belong - playing bouncy basketball. I physically can't pull for a spurrier coached team, but i didn't throw up in my mouth when sc won. i'll be celebrating like keith moon until tomorrow, but the one drawback is tackling - i played rugby for over 10 yrs, and we had to tackle properly wrapping up - not grabby/shoulder throwing crap. please bring in a rugby coach to show our defense how to tackle and that game wouldn't have been close. GO DAWGS!

And a 3-1 rush-pass ratio--my kind of game plan. I'd like to see more of that in the future. Good job Dawgs!!!!!!!
