Gotta Love That!!

No matter what, we don't have to listen to gnat fans chittering about their team. That's a little bit of redemption for the season...not perfect, but come on guys, any win over Tech is a good win.

Just told a buddy of mine who happens to be a TN fan that I could care less if tey are ranked #7 in the country. A win over the nerds is always sweet no matter what.

Yes Limey, we did beat a pretty good TECH team. However, I will not go as far as redemption. This win probably went along way towards saving some recruits. Even though the D played hard I think we still know that WM has to go. Even though the O played great we still see that MB is average. We had numerous chances to put them away and had to settle for field goals. All in all it was a great day. We got a good win against a hated rival and everyone still thinks our coaching staff needs a MAJOR overhaul.

I will take this win with satisfaction.

I'm not biting on the poo-poo. Everything that needs to be said about this team, this staff, has been said ad infinitum. Tonight, and for the next 364 days, I'm celebrating. That was some damned fine football, and we beat Tech and salvaged a winning season. I'll take it. With beer.

How awesome was it to see 24 and 4 run all over the freaking field when we all thought it was gonna be the other way around? I am and always have been so proud to be a dawg! Tonight though, wrecking GT dreams and hopes really made me so happy. Old southdawg...saw in a previous post bout your misfortune and I hope you find success soon but how sweet is it to taste victory over the supposedly UNBEATABLE!
