Do we finally have a running game?

Aside from the QB position, our team is young and loaded with potential. If we can get our defense back to SEC caliber, where we don't have to score thirty-something points a game to win, I see nothing but upside for our DAWGS.
And how about Israel Troupe! Nice 50 yard grab for your first collegiate catch, kid.

We have had, what, 6 running backs so far this season? I think we have finally found our go to guys. W. Ealey and C. King have looked great the last couple of games, especially Ealey. And it makes sense as these two are the most decorated coming out of high school, as well. As a junior, King rushed for 19 TDs and 2,768 yards, which is the best rushing total for a Georgia high school junior in state history. Washaun Ealey scored a record-setting amount of rushing touchdowns in high school — 133 to be exact.

Looking back at some of the threads, this one caught my attention.

But let's also remember, King is a RSo. and Ealey a Freshman. I see those two guys getting better each year, which will provide some much needed leeway for our first year starting QB next year. After all, Cox would probably have had a much better year turnover wise if he hadn't had to throw 70% of the time.
I seem to remember King had hamstring issues and Ealey had blocking troubles to start the season. But question for the board, what has changed in our O-line that made it so dominant against Tech? Or was it our backs pulling a Knowshon and making the line look better than they actually are. I know the Techies were much smaller than us... do y'all think we can do this on a consistent basis next year and re-establish UGA as one of the top rushing schools in the SEC? (Assuming our backs are healthy, of course)
I remember reading an AJC article that referenced \"stability\" in our offensive line. Who has really stepped up this year? Or has it been position changes that have helped? Any thoughts?
As always, love reading the board.

Think maybe Coach Richt might have rattled some doors the last couple of weeks. Talent has always been on campus, needed the head coach to step up and coach, to heck with this CEO crap. That has been the downfall of FSU, BB's fault for trusting others to do their jobs and not getting the same results.
Guess my question to you is this . . . . Coach Richt calling plays or Coach Bobo . . . .
Coach Bowden said if he had left Coach Richt alone when he was at FSU, they could very well have had two more National Championships. CMR played the game at all levels, while he was not a star, he watched and learned the game. That is basically what he is trying to do with Coach Bobo, we will see.

Here's an article that postulates scenario #1 and looks at potential new OCs. Al Borges and Norm Chow are 1 and 2 on his list. (Mangino??? no thanks).

Also, how much of an overhaul do we want in our coaching staff? I think it's a very likely that WM is gone after this year, but what about Fabris, Janek, McClendon?
I, for one, would be loathe to fire more than two coaches at once. It would hurt set us back big time in recruiting. But, that's just my opinion and it might be a load of baloney.
On offense, it seems our Oline and running backs have shown up. Will any wide receivers step up besides AJ? He has more receiving yards than our next two highest receivers, T. King and Orson Charles, combined.

I don't know what's going to happen. But I'm hopeful and optimistic for the future of the program. Go Dawgs!

We have to get the defense fixed first and get a QB that can make passes for the underneath guys in the right color jerseys, cox threw a fine deep ball but his short routes sucked unless the guy was wide open.
