What's next?.........As late as it is in the season and as unreasonable as this sounds, I would consider VERY strongly to take A. Murray's redshirt off. He is definitely our future so let's get him some game experience. This season is shot and I agree with Buc, we should have taken Moreno's redshirt off becasue we only had him 2 years and the same could happen with Murray if he's as good as everyone says.

wlayton, took my time read each and every thread/post made so far. Brother you, sadlerdawg, LimeyDawg, swampdog and a cast of thousands are on the mark as far as I am concerned.

Posted this a couple of times before . . . have watched Murray in high school, he is a gunslinger. Reads defenses, when he was hurt, sat with the coaches of his high school team and game planned. Don't believe that folks, contact his his school coaches in Tampa, they will lay it out.

Joe Cox tried, gave it his all, and all of it is not his fault. However, all of us have our limitations and we live with it. Blame Joe Cox, heck no, he tried. Have problems with the coaches, yes, it is their responsibility to have their team as close to max as possible. That has been a serious failing of Coach Richt. He has the power to move, change, drop or show leadership, that is his job. Coach Richt chose MB to take over the offensive side of the ball, chose WM to do the same on the defensive side of the ball. Every position coach for UGA is Coach Richt's responsibility.

sadlerdawg has always been a gentleman and a man of reason on this board. He has kept a lot of us in line. wlayton laid the season out for us in the beginning, before the first kickoff. swampdog came along a little later to this board, but if you read his posts, he KNOWS. LimeyDawg, don't mess with him, always has his facts straight and is ready to defend his position.

Did any of you read the artice by David Ching, He put it right on the money, stating that over the last couple of years CMR has gotten away from being the coach he once was to gimicks and uniform changes to motovate players. I also heard on ESPN how dumb in was for CMR to do the uniform swap.

What has happened to CMR, when he first came our teams played with fire, they won 2 SEC championships and played in another. Over the past few years, we have had no fire the 06 season was the start of it all, then we seem to get back on tract beating Auburn, Tech, and VT in peasch bowl. The in 07 same stuff losing streak squeak out a win at Vandy the go on a tear end up No 2 in nation. 08 preseason No 1 have sames problems, blown out by Alb and Fla, lost to Tech, but win our bowl game and all is well. Now come 09 and we look totally lost even though we return every lineman on offence, they look pathetic (probably coach Searles worst year) return a lot on talent on Defense but still have tons of yards and points scored on us. The penalities are something I just can't believe.

To me, it just seems CMR has lost interest, and lets his coaches continue to do nothing, no teaching, no adjusting, and always makes excusses for them. He is always quick to blame the problems on penalities and interceptions, ect.

Just my observations, things just have not been right with UGA since 06 to me anyway.

I wonder if we as fans are partly to blame for CMR's complacency? Every since he has stepped foot on campus we have been praising him. And I'm guessing that he ASSUMED that he was doing the right things and not worrying about his coaches. But everyone knows what happens when you ASSUME. Because he must feel like he is doing a good job if us fans are continueing to praise him. But I'm thinking that by now its gotten too far off track and he don't know how to right the course. What CMR NEEDS to do is go in clear house and roll some heads! Everyone has to be held ACCOUNTABLE! And it starts at the top!!!!!!! CMR needs to do whatever it is he did to get that fire back because like everyone else said....ITS GONE! Even other coaches can see that things need to change. CMR it sarts with you!!

CMR did an awesome job when he was OC. His halftime adjustments were always brilliant. I used to brag that UGA made the best halftime adjustments of any team in NCAA. I was sure that when we hired Richt that we had stolen the heart and soul of Bobby Bowden's success. Maybe we did. But that was then and this is now. CMR has been living off that goodwill for four seasons now. However, I think the water is getting low and the bottom of the well is starting to show. Its a shame. He was so brilliant on offense.

When CMR gave the OC job to Bobo, he said that the Head Coaches job was more like being a CEO of a company. That, to me, is when the problems started. Hell of a Head Coach, not much of a CEO.

I felt like things started going down when BVG left, When BVG was here if you look at the scores back then we hardly ever lost an when we did it was only by 7pts at the most we never got spanked while BVG was here!! Soon as he left then we started give up 30 plus pts a game but the off was keeping up and we barely won, now Stafford and Moreno both left early and it is making OC bobo job
a lot harder. We no longer have a real QB or dominate back. we have been playing with a 2nd string QB all yr. So now this yr our off cant make up for WM def for the first time and we are getting spanked. Thats why I would give OC Bobo one more yr with a real QB again an RB but the real problem to me is WM Def thats really the problem. CMR must get rid of WM at the end of season or I will be shocked!!!
