FIRE 'EM ALL

I am not going to lie, I kind of liked the black pants. Wasnt crazy about the black helmets. I have not problem with changing things up a little bit as far as uniforms go, but I agree if that is what motivates players, then something is missing. Playing on the biggest stage, in the biggest game of the year should be more than enough motivation.

I know many are going to disagree, but I thought with the exception of the turnovers, this was the best our offense has played in quite some time against a good defense. Very impressed with the tough running of Ealey. Going to be a nice running back. I though Cox focused a little to much on AJ, looked to have Charles open quite a bit on the drag, but I guess it is easy to force it to AJ, cause he is the best receiver I have seen in red and black in quite sometime. I also thought the defense played a little better with exception to the first drive of the game. Turnovers in your own territory are going to kill you in a game like that. Finally, saw some guys flying around hitting some people in the second half.

Score looked worse than the game actually was. We just can't find a way to get turnovers as a defense. Same story different chapter. I have tried to somewhat defend CWM, but I throw in the towel now. He has got to go. I want to see guys flying around all game, not just one half. Don't know what everyone else thinks but it almost seems like our D plays with fear. Like no one wants to take a chance and make a big play. Just dont understand it.

I know a lot disagree, but I wish we used a little more black in our uni's. That's our colors RED and BLACK.

Anyways, i enjoy reading the many insites from you guys cause i dont get a lot of the news being up here in knoxville. Pretty sure if I have to hear rocky top one more time i may cut my ears off.

Copied from Rex Robinson's site:
What used to be a meat and potatoes program has regressed in to a cake and icing program and I’m sick at my stomach. Georgia doesn’t need new jerseys, the red ones are fine. Georgia doesn’t need new pants, the silver britches are fine. Georgia doesn’t need new helmets, the red ones are fine. By the way, one of the most recognized and best looking helmets in all of college football. Thank you very much.

What Georgia does need is players that are motivated from within. That is something you can build on and have a sustained effort with. Motivation imposed from outside is superficial and temporary. Apparently Mark Richt doesn’t think they are sufficiently motivated, without the fluff. Why else would he do it?

I am not saying that he should or shouldn't have done it. I think if we win by 30 then it turns to what a great decision by CMR to change things up. Love the red helmets, red jerseys, and gray pants. Can't beat it. Just don't think the pants looked bad. I liked them, could have done without the helmets though. Unfortunately, the uniforms are about the only help in recruiting we have at the point cause our play sure isnt. Hate to say it but in the era of pre-madonna's uniforms actually have an influence. Ask Oregon.

Never......NEVER change UGA's helmets. The are a nationally know symbol of our program. Just like Bama's....So Cal's......Michigan....etc. Do you think they would MESS with their's????? Not a chance.

I've always loved our helmets, they should NEVER be touched. (imo)

I agree, I thought those black helmets were ugly as sin.
