I Must Admit

Having to live up here in the belly of the beast, in Nashville, Vol fans have been more sympathetic to our performance last Saturday than myself.
They are pretty much amazed at the way they won.
I have heard the gamut of excuses like:
We were still dwelling on the LSU loss.
We took Tennessee too lightly.
Just one of those days.
Etc.

I must admit, for the most part, they have tried to assuage my depression.
I will be at the Vandy game expecting to see a Georgia team I can be proud of.

Glad to hear that you aren't getting a \"beatdown\" from the folks up there in UT land, averagedawg!!

Being in the belly of te beast myself I too am not getting the beatdown I was expecting.

I've heard about how UT played way above their level and how our season is not over yet. Also heard how the Vols got lucky an somebody else put on Crompton's unifrom and played for him Saturday.


I too will be at the Vandy game ready to spoil Homecoming for the Dores.
