Does the Tennessee Tech game count toward bowl eligibility? B/c if it doesn't, we ain't going to one this year.

No, they are a Div 1 or FCS team

So other than them, we have Vanderbilt, Florida, Kentucky, Auburn, and Georgia Tech left. And we gotta win 3 of those to make it to a bowl game. Yep. Not gonna happen.

Vanderbilt almost always plays us hard. It is conceivable we don't win another game (except TT).

Geez, folks, pay attention. YES, it now counts towards bowl eligibility. That's why teams started scheduling all these cupcakes, so that they could get into a bowl game by having those extra one or two (or, in Penn State's case, FOUR) wins per season and get a bid.

And, also, Tennessee Tech is a DII team, not an FCS team. We had to schedule them at the last second because an FCS team (I believe it was Appalachian State) pulled out at the last second and we had to scramble.
