DawgnLA you don't deserve a lashing. I think your post was great. I have tried to stay upbeat over the last 3 years and I have fallen short. You speak a lot truth and hope they build on those positives over the rest of the season.

Thanks big dawg. My initial post is definitely not to stir the pot on this site. Just putting my 2 in on the current situation, but I fully expected some folks to start hammering me for doing so.

I too see lots of room for improvement and find myself throwing my hands in the air and shouting at the TV during games when there are bonehead calls or plays. Bottom line is this is an overall young and unproven team with loads of talent.

I see improvements in areas each and every week that this team must get better at.

I'm like many who want nothing, but to win and contend for the MNC.

We seem to always have one thing or another missing each year. O-line last year. Solid stifling D last year and this year,are jsut a few examples, but do see hope on the horizon.

Next year we should have a solid overall team with the exception of an unproven QB. It takes time, but all the time and dedication put in from everyone on this program would be scrapped if CMR or the University reacted with initial emotions first and fired or benched someone everytime they screwed up.

Good point, but reacting on emotions first with the other parent will get you sleeping on the couch and begging for forgiveness later.

I agree with DawgnLa all the way. We went from griping and complaining about our D who I know had a ton of sacks on saturday to now griping bout our O. Listen JC isnt horribile and there are no blinders on my face. If it werent for the pass(which JC made to AJG) then we would have not been in position for anything at the end of that game. I am sick of the negativity on this site man. I aint tryin to get anyone PO'ed on this site but really it seems to me that everyone are selective dawg fans here sometimes. Even if we lose I am still on the up and up for the next game. Nooone knows whether the dawgs will lose the rest win the rest or split the rest. I can tell you one thing though, I will bleed red and black til the day I die and for all those fans out there who doubt our dawgs...shame on you! My rant is over and hope everyone is alright but I had to say it and I said it nicely.

I am a diehard DAWG fan and will be come hell or high water.
From some of the negativity I read in here, you'd think we are in the
same boat as Auburn, Tenn, Ark...etc.

CMR's record speaks for itself, and I support every decision he makes.
How quickly some fans forget that he could easily have 2 MNC's under his belt.
They are not easy to come by, just ask Vince Dooley.

in case that was directed at me...im not giving DawgnLA a lashing. im just saying...go and watch our game again. our team is NOT good. i have recorded an watched all games at least twice. it makes me cringe. our O plays good again sh*tty D's. our D play's good again sh*tty O's. what is there to be excited about. my apologies if my last post came off hars dawgnla. have you been hearing it as much as i have from the tigers? its been hell this week for me!
