ugaa, aware of the Jimbo Fisher situation. Have this gut feeling that they will buy his contract out (5 million) and move on. Too many head coach types there, players confused. I hope that CMR stays and makes some changes to his staff if needed.

richts fatal flaws are as follows:

- loyalty to the point of stupidity. remember joe tereshinski?

- tries to do something that doesnt work until it does, rather than finding things that work and doing them over and over again. remember when he was the offensive coordinator?

- lack of true meritocracy. as they said on georgia sports blog, is there any reason for rambo to be second string? should knowshon EVER been red shirted?

FSU started goin down hill when they let CMR get away! ofcourse he cant say in his press conf oh yeah by the way were letting WM MB and who ever else go at the end of the yr. I am sure he as much as all of us does not like losing look at his record its not that of a coach who does not care about his team. How many great QBS has he coached up plenty. He has done more for UGA than anyone else other than Dooley. I know we live in a drive thru society where we have to have what we want right now. But lets just give him a little more time if he dosent make any changes at the end then we need to really worry but i believe he will do whats right for UGA. Coach Richt is a good leader. GOOO DAWGS!!!

I believe his record shows he is a coach who likes to win as much as we do and I know he will do what is right for UGA. I know we live in a drive thru society an want everything right now! But

The meritocracy thing drives me crazy. Knowshon would have never been red shirted in another system. And, we truly only got a year and a half out of him because he didn't get a lot of playing time until Brown got hurt. IMO, the best players should play. PERIOD. No if ands or buts about it. Put the best product on the field so we, the fans, can be proud that we at least gave it our best shot.
