the last minute

Did anyone else notice that after LSU scored the last time, our guys gave up? Kind of made me sick. Our long snapper one hoppin' it to JC? AYFKM? Get your head in the game and fight to the end. I love our state and our culture, and UGA football is at the crux of all that. If you can't get motivated for that, then take your jersey off. I can handle losses, and even incompetence (from players AND coaches), but only as long as our boys our fighting like hell to win and making honest mistakes. My roommate is a Tennessee alumni, and he said it best when he said \"well that was gutless.\" I hate that I had to look at him and say \"fair enough.\"

Well said. This team reminds of the Ray Goff and Jim Donnan years. Mark Reicht is a great man but he can not continue to lett Bobo and Martinez coach. We can not tackle, to many penalties and no guts. I love my dawgs and will be there to the end but this team will not be bowl eligible this year. Our defense even when it shows promise it still does not lock up on tackles. We expect just because we are the SEC and we hit you, you are suppose to go down. I thought last night when we took the lead great another great come from behind win, but then we celebrate, and another penalty, and more missed tackles and give them the ball in field goal range on the kick off. This is coaching and it starts at the top. If Mark Reicht wants to be the head coach then fire Martinez and Bobo and hire someone to do the job at the SEC level. The SEC has now become a 3 tier conference and we are not in the top rung. We need to play some of our freshmen and not allow them to get down from this year. If we are going to be bad at least get people some playing time so we don't go through this next year too. Go Dawgs.

We'll get to a bowl this year mark my words. It prob won't be a good one or one thats shown on tv but we WILL be in a bowl game come december. We aren't as bad as UK or Vandy, were not gonna go a year without playing in a bowl game. I know i'm extremely negative after a loss, just ask my wife, but to say we won't make a bowl seems too far for me. Its not gonna get that bad.

If I were a betting man, I bet you on that. What have you seen the last 4 games to give you this hope of winning 3 more games just to gualify.

I'm with you Born2B, we will play in a bowl game. What I've seen the last 4 weeks is we CAN score a lot of points! But We have to EXECUTE which Cox could not do in the first half, or much in the second. We win next week because I live in Tennessee and I HATE Tenn worse than anyone EVER!!! Yes, even more than averagedawg!! My co-workers say I'd cheer for Al-Quaeda agaist Tenn. And...I probably would but then have to eliminate the Al-Quaeda team after the game:) Anyway this is what I see:
*Tenn- Win, because I am going to WILL US TO WIN.
*Vandy- Win, because I'll be at the game.
*Florida- Loss, because Tebow is going to WILL THEM TO WIN.
*Tenn Tech- Win, because it's a Tenn Team AND I'll be at the game.
*Auburn- Win, because we have too many offensive weapons.
*Kentucky- Win, just because.
*Ga Tech- Loss, because Bryan Evans sucks. Don't really know if that's why...I just wanted to say that.
So yes, we will be in a bowl game.
And BubMcUGA, you are right about giving up. FIGHT to the buzzer or take the jersey off! I have a friend that played linebacker for UGA in the 90's and they get to keep their helmets they wear as Seniors. I got CHILLS when I held it!! That's because I LOVE Georgia Football. I also have a friend that is a Freshman on the team now. I will be discussing the lack of effort the last few plays including the LSU touchdown with him this week.

You might want to rethink Auburn, they have a tremendous offense, just hardly any defense. It'll be another shootout but ONLY if Joe Cox manages not to throw it over the head of players that are five feet from him on SCREEN passes!!! How do you miss those people? Seriously Joe Cox is the third worst quarterback to ever play for GA. If Joe Cox can be a starting QB for GA, then I should be president. Vote Jeff Hughes 2012 FOLKS!!
