AJ will be in the NFL next year, so no need to worry about him - he may save us a few times again as he's already done this season, but can't blame him for leaving with the crap he's facing this season.
How many times does this need to be stated: A.J. Green CANNOT leave Georgia after this year. He is a true sophomore and Maurice Clarett already proved you cannot leave until you have at least three post-high school years. Period. Stop saying A.J. is going to leave. He cannot leave, unless he does not want to be drafted but DOES want to lose his remaining two years of college eligibility.
I don't understand this board. We spend the entire off-season telling Oklahoma State fans that the SEC is the greatest conference in any sport at any level, and then we complain when we lose a close game to another SEC opponent, who just happens to be the #4 team in the country. Lighten up, people! It's a loss! It's a damn painful loss, the worst one for me since the loss to Florida in 2002, but all the same: losses happen. If Joe Cox and A.J. Green and Washaun Ealey and Caleb King and Mike Bobo and Willie Martinez and Mark Richt all say \"the season's over\" the way a LOT of Georgia fans are, then you can forget about the Vols; we'll lose to Tennessee Tech.
We still have all three major rivals yet to play, folks. Silly as it seems, the Eastern division is still within reach, if we win out. The season IS NOT OVER until the last seconds tick off the clock in Atlanta on November 28th. Until then, in my book, you're either in or you're out.
In? Or out?
